Miss US Southlands is an OPEN PAGEANT, we welcome any contestant who would like to participate in the 2011 Miss US Southlands Pageant.  You DO NOT have to hold Southlands Title or have previously competed in a Southlands pageant to participate.   Must be a legal US citizen to compete.
